Don’t take our word for it. Take Margo’s.

Margo, Studio Coordinator at IDEO and a happy Virtual Gurus client.

Having Virtual Gurus on board has been beneficial for both the internal team and leadership guidance. The internal team appreciates the extra help managing calendars, scheduling and cleaning inboxes. And since then, the team has been able to take on more productive leadership roles, which has helped streamline operations in a huge way.

Our Mission and Impact

Founded by Bobbie Racette, a visionary Métis-Cree entrepreneur, Virtual Gurus is more than a talent marketplace—it’s a platform for meaningful change. We champion inclusivity, offering professional opportunities to underrepresented groups including women, Indigenous peoples, 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, racialized persons, those with disabilities, stay-at-home parents, and remote community residents. Since 2016, we’ve contributed over 700,000 hours of professional assistance, helping businesses thrive while promoting diverse talent.
