3. You Earn Rewards

When someone signs up through your link, you’ll receive $1,000 in Virtual Gurus service credit or paid out directly. Your referral will also receive $250 in service credit, so everyone wins.

Frequently asked questions

Who can participate in the referral program?

Anyone! Current and past Virtual Gurus clients, VAs, and even non-clients are eligible to refer and earn rewards.

How much can I earn?

As a Virtual Gurus client, you’ll earn $1,000 for every qualified referral to our virtual assistant services. If you’re not a client, you can still earn $250. Here’s some conditions, the person you refer needs to:

  • Sign up for a 20-hour/month package or more, and
  • Remains an active client for 8 consecutive weeks.

There is no limit to how many people you can refer. You can choose to receive the reward as an account credit or a gift card.

What does the referred person receive?

Every referred client will automatically receive $250 in account credit, applied over their first two months once they reach 8 weeks of active service.

Where do I find my referral link?

  1. Log in to Talentplace
  2. Go to the Referrals section
  3. Copy and share your unique referral link

You can share it by email, social media, text, or any way that works for you.

How is my referral tracked?

Referrals are tracked through your unique link in Talentplace. You’ll see when someone signs up and how close they are to hitting the 8-week milestone.

When do I get my reward?

Once your referred client reaches 8 weeks of active service, you will received your $1,000 bonus if you’re already a client or $250 if you’re not a client.

The referred client’s $250 will be applied when they sign up.

What qualifies as a “new client”?

To qualify as a referral, the referred person must be a first-time Virtual Gurus client who has never purchased a Virtual Assistant package before.

What if I’m not a current Virtual Gurus client?

You’re still eligible! Even if you’re not currently subscribed, you can refer others and receive $250 for every qualified referral.

You’ll just need to create a Talentplace account to access your referral dashboard, fill about the form above.) Rewards are issued monthly, after the 8-week client milestone is met.

What doesn’t count as a qualified referral?

  • If the referred person doesn’t use your unique link

  • If they cancel or pause service before completing 8 weeks

  • If they’ve been a paying Virtual Gurus client in the past
