It’s no secret. Many organizations are lacking in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion department. Sometimes it’s due to an unintentional bias in the traditional hiring process. And sometimes they simply don’t know how to build a diverse talent pipeline.
At the same time, there are countless skilled and capable individuals looking for flexible remote work, many of whom may have traditionally faced barriers to employment. This includes First Nation, Métis and Inuit peoples, members of 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, racialized people, individuals of alternate abilities and those living in remote communities.
